Our organization serves homeless youth aged 16-24 in downtown Seattle and surrounding King County, specifically within zip codes 98101, 98104, 98122, and 98144. This population, which is estimated to consist of approximately 1,200 individuals, includes a significant number of LGBTQ+ and low-income youth who are at high risk for trafficking. These neighborhoods were selected due to their high concentration of homeless youth, exacerbated by limited services of this nature in the area. According to [Insert statistic/source], many of these youth face barriers such as unstable housing, mental health challenges, and substance use issues, all of which hinder their ability to access traditional support systems. Our centrally-located facility provides essential resources and is easily accessible via public transit while our mobile outreach team ensures that we can connect with youth in encampments and other gathering spots. Providing targeted services is essential to reduce the risks these vulnerable youth face in our community.
