How to Use This Tool
Select or Create an Assessment
Use the dropdown menu in the top-right corner to select an existing assessment or create a new one.
Click Each Category Below to Expand
Click on each of the five R.A.T.E.S. category cards to view checklist items.
Click the Circle Icon to Mark Progress
Click the circle to the left of each item: 1 click = "In Progress", 2 clicks = "Complete".
Add Notes & Evidence (Optional)
Click the dropdown arrow on any item to expand it, add notes, and upload supporting documents.
Track Your Overall Score
Your progress is saved automatically. Scores update in real-time as you complete items.
Export Your Readiness Summary
Click "Export Readiness Summary" to generate a professional PDF report with scores and AI insights.
